Services · worship planning
Plan the service. Schedule the team. Thank them before Sunday.
Every service ahead, the order of service, the song library, the teams and who has said yes — in the same place your staff already works, with volunteers answering from one link and no password.

The order of service, dragged together
Add songs, readings, the message, announcements and the offering; drag them into order and every time moves with them. Songs bring their key, length and chart. Notes for lighting, sound or lyrics sit beside each part.
- Times for each service and rehearsal
- Print the order, the music, chord charts, a cue sheet or a program
- A live view for the booth and the stage

Every position, every week, on one grid
The schedule shows each team and position for the weeks ahead. Auto-schedule fills the gaps from the people who serve in each position — respecting blockout dates, how often each person likes to serve, and who should serve together or apart.
- Worship band, production, hospitality, kids — any team
- Blockouts and "not more than twice a month"
- Who has said yes, who has not answered, who said no

Requests answered by text
Send the requests and each person gets an email or a text with their own page: the date, the times, the songs and when to be there. They answer YES or NO from the text or the page. If someone says no, the next person is asked automatically.
- No account, no password, no app
- A thank-you a week out, three days out and the day before
- Every word of every message is yours to change

A song library that does the work
Songs with authors, CCLI numbers, themes and the last time they were sung. Charts in ChordPro that transpose to any key, show Nashville numbers, and print cleanly. The CCLI report is a download.
- Keys per person ("Sarah sings it in Bb")
- Links and files: recordings, lead sheets
- Search by title, author, theme or CCLI number

Questions
Services: the straight answers.
Do we have to leave Planning Center Services?
No. Start alongside it: Worksite reads your plans and adds the building, print-outs, thank-you messages and a text to everyone serving. When you are ready, move one service type at a time; your songs, teams and plans come across.
Can volunteers block out dates?
Yes, from their own link. Auto-schedule never asks someone on a blocked-out date.
Does it work for more than Sunday morning?
Any service type — Sunday, Wednesday night, a Christmas Eve service, a funeral or a celebration of life.
Ready when you are.
Sign up today and your Worksite is built, connected and handed over in about two weeks.
