Label printers
Check-in stickers on the printer you already have.
Worksite draws every sticker itself and sends it straight to the printer on your church network — no driver on the iPad, no printer app, no pairing every Sunday.

Brother QL-820NWB and QL-810W
The church favourite: 62 mm continuous tape, cut after each sticker. Worksite speaks the printer's own raster language, so stickers come out exactly as designed. Design them across the tape, or turn them longways for a 100 × 62 mm name badge.
- DK-2205 62 mm continuous tape
- Across the tape or longways
- Wi-Fi or wired, with a fixed address

Zebra, and printers that speak Zebra's language
Zebra ZD411, ZD421, ZD621, GK420d, ZD230 and others at 203 or 300 dpi, with the common 2.25 × 1.25" check-in labels or 2 × 1", 3 × 2", 4 × 2", 4 × 3" and 4 × 6". Printers with ZPL emulation work the same way — Citizen CL-S, Honeywell PC42t / PC43t, TSC, Godex and Brother TD-4.
- Die-cut or continuous labels
- Tear-off or cutter
- A design made for the label, or any design fitted to it

One designer for every sticker
The child's sticker, the parent's pick-up tag, name tags and serving tags. Drag the parts where you want them, add your logo, and choose what shows only when it is true — a medical note, a birthday, a first visit.
- Medical notes in plain words, or the symbol only
- A sticker per room, or one for the whole church
- Print a sample from the designer
Printing that does not stop on a Sunday
Each printer has a backup: if it does not answer, its stickers move to the backup printer. The office sees which printer last printed and which is not answering. Stickers waiting more than 15 minutes are dropped, so nothing surprising prints at noon.
- A backup printer for each one
- AirPrint from the iPad as a fallback for Brother
- Every job and its result recorded

Questions
Label printers: the straight answers.
Do we need a computer next to each printer?
No. The printers sit on your church network, and one small Worksite Bridge (a Raspberry Pi or your Home Assistant) sends them their stickers.
Will our Dymo printers work?
Not yet. Dymo LabelWriters are mostly USB and the 550 series only prints Dymo's own chipped labels. Brother and Zebra are the ones to buy for check-in today.
Ready when you are.
Sign up today and your Worksite is built, connected and handed over in about two weeks.
